Return Policy
Returns are easy! Just call 205-491-0996 for an exchange on certain products (within seven working days from original delivery date). Sorry, returns or exchanges cannot be made on worn, altered, special order products or shoes that have been worn on any uncarpeted surface or that have heels that have excessive wear, or shoes made of acrylic. All returns are pending Joyce’s approval.

Care Instructions
Follow care instructions on garment; hand wash, spot clean, and/or dry clean only at your own discretion. Joyce’s assumes no responsibility for fabric streaks, stains, snags or any other damage that may occur. Tips: Avoid fabric contact with make up, deodorants, sprays, gels and other chemicals.

Selling Policy
According to Federal Health Laws, swimsuits are not to be available for rental or resale purposes.

Turn Around Time
Products are available to be shipped as soon as possible after payment is approved. To accommodate last minute needs, we offer a "Express Shipping” for an addition $25.00. Express shipping is over night shipping and should arrive next day for orders made before 12:00 noon, providing the item is in stock. In the event the item cannot be express shipped a representative of Joyce’s will contact you. Some products not in stock will be dropped shipped from our supplier.
