Why I Love Joyce’s

It has been my pleasure to work with the ladies at Joyce’s as one of the sponsors for the Mrs. Alabama America Pageant. However, what makes me appreciate them the most is that they took the same great care of me long before that time. I have worked with these ladies on several occasions before Mrs. Alabama America and they really went out of their way to help me.

Joyce and Sharon are great women who take the time to get to know every client. They make sure to find a dress that fits an individual’s personality and compliments them in every way. You can count on leaving Joyce’s knowing that whatever the occasion you are going to look your best because they won’t settle for anything less.

As a young girl, I knew nothing about pageants, but thankfully I found out about Joyce's formals. The staff at Joyce's shaped me into a winner. As the former Miss Alabama USA 2005 and the current Mrs.Alabama United States 2009, I am so thankful to each and everyone of them.

I can’t say enough about Joyce’s Formals!  Not only did they dress me in gorgeous gowns during my reign as Miss Alabama USA 2004, but they continue to provide fabulous wardrobe options, salon and training services to the new generation of beauty queen hopefuls.  I am constantly referring others to Joyce’s and will continue to do so proudly!

Joyce's is the best. We have always received impeccable service and Anna Cate always looks her best in every pageant. Melissa is absolutely wonderful with hair and makeup and Miss Sharon always manages to put Anna Cate in the "best dress ever"! Nearly 5 years ago, I stumbled upon Joyce's Formal Wear in search of a pageant swimsuit. Little did I know, my outlook on pageants would be forever changed. Not only was I provided with the very best swimwear, but I was given the total package. Everything from the most beautiful gown, fabulous pageant coaching, and the very best hair and makeup artist around was available to me at Joyce's. I could not have asked for a better experience. Since that day, Joyce's has become my one stop pageant shop. I couldn't be more thankful for the beauty the staff at Joyce's has provided me, and I am certain that without their expertise I would have never accomplished all that I have today!"
